FOCUS SPECIAL TOWNHOUSES AND LOFTS
Spacious: Former factory spaces now are becoming lofts and are beloved with people working in creative fields… architects, designers and free lance professionals who treasure the generous spaces for both living and working. The "Fabrik Berlin" project in Greifswalder Straße is an example of loft spaces for working. The first of rtwo building phases there was completed early this year.
