Phase I "fabrik." Greifswalder Strasse 212 in Berlin-Prenzlauer-Berg complete 15. February 2009

Many pieces now constitute a coherent whole. The upper levels of our Greifswalder Strasse 212 project were completed within the binding schedule on time in August 2008. The once decrepit spaces of the former cigarette factory are now vibrantly refurbished with new colours and materials. Not only the hall spaces of the central building are now light-filled and inviting, the smaller office spaces in the side and streetside wings also received a high quality fit-outs with Oak parquet flooring, server niches, data network CAT 7 wiring, high end sanitary objects, built-in kitchens and barrier-free floor plans.
